Money well spent! The staff answered all my questions and more. The eye exam was very thorough and very interesting. They made sure that I was aware of every option available, but did not once push for a sale. - I was not just a number at this store. And....This place is spotless. ( remember to wear your mask.) Just a great experience over all. Can't believe I found frames here as well. J
I went to put on my favourite sunglasses this morning when I was out walking and realized that one of the "arms" had detached due to the screw being out. I went into Dr. Specs Optical and Debbie was SO helpful to fix these for me. She was patient when working on them and cleaned them up for me. I really appreciated how kind she was and am thrilled that she was able to fix them. Thank you Debbie for helping me! :)
Thank you for the wonderful care we received from the staff and the Doctor. I brought both my kids in this week. The doctor was great with them, especially my kid with autism. The Dr had alot of patience with him and made him comfortable. The eye exam was a huge success. Thank you again for the great care, friendly service.
