There was a leak in my furnace room a worker named nick I believe came to fix it. Service was garbage did not know how to talk nicely. He was so rude. Don’t call them for service they don’t know what they are doing.
Big gap between 1 star review and 5 stars review. Makes me question about this company + marketing invested (panel, brochures, etc.).
Absolutely fantastic service. Came to diagnose a problem, thought they'd found it, stayed for an hour to check the furnace was operating then left. Same issue a few days later so they immediately sent out someone else who after MAJOR diagnosis found quite a large fault. took photos to explain the issue and the resolution. And credited me for the previous callout. Couldnt be happier with their professionalism and service. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a gas leak that required turning everything off AC/Heat and water heater until it could be fixed! I couldn’t get anyone local to Keremeos and I have an Invalid in the house and when hearing this the company stepped up, fixed the gas leak ASAP and then did a very quick efficient overhaul of my Big outside unit. They were prompt , polite and very fair in their price! Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind in what could have been a very stressful few weeks!
