Rob was great! They did a great job on the carpets the price was more than fair and the customer service was phenomenal.
Showed up on time then proceeded to scoff at the size of my apartment ( bachelor suit). Was hired to clean 1 loveseat. Looked at it and over doubled the estimated cost because of cat hair. Had no interest is my business and was very rude. Never recommend this company.
I had a dog situation while camping in my 5th wheel. Pee everywhere. I called Wow, got John on the ph and told him the situation. He finished what he was doing and responded to the campground and came to MY RESCUE ON HIS TIME OFF!! He showed up in under 30 min. John sympathized with my situation and got my carpets fresh and clean in no time at all. Thank you John for coming so quickly and saving my holiday. No way I could go another 9 days with pee all over the carpet.
