Update: I was upset with the service but wasn’t conveyed full information i.e. short staffed - I was under a different impression. But the guys came back and were super attentive and spent a lot of time trying to find a resolution. I appreciate the apology and understanding. On-going issues with a faulty kitchen pump & flooding, called multiple times & say they will come to fix it, they were supposed to come yesterday - heard nothing / no show. tried calling today no return calls, ignoring/disconnecting calls. if your busy then just say you cant do the job so we can find someone else. When I return calls I feel like a burden
Once again, Craig and his crew came through with flying colours with Cody showing up and efficiently cleaning tree roots out of a sewer line. Whenever I have called, the response has been prompt and understanding, be it a major emergency like a water tank or just a routine maintenance job. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
