Driving an hour from kelowna on your day off only to find out they accidentally cancelled your appointment....? I can’t even justify trying to re-book another appointment with them now. Be careful when booking.
Pomme Penticton is amazing! The staff are so sweet and very accommodating. I am always MORE than happy with my hair afterwards. Jen is incredible...I’m obsessed with my hair. 100% would recommend.
I recently went to Pomme Salon for a colour correct. I explained my situation and made it very clear I was hoping to achieve a chocolate brown. I left satisfied with the results, until the next time I showered. After rinsing and drying it was clear whatever they had done turned my hair blue. I was told I would have to wait a week for it to be corrected and I came in for a consultation where the stylist completely ignored and disregarded my worries about my current hair situation, saying it was fine and she saw nothing wrong with it. Regardless of her opinion, I was unhappy and more then willing to pay for another session to get it to where I liked the colour. Unfortunately, she was so rude and interrupted me so often I was unable to express what it was I disliked about the colour and ended up just leaving. As a customer I have never felt so disrespected. I regret coming to this salon and would advise anyone in the area to go elsewhere..
