Was able to book in at a time that worked well. Covid precautions were good. Price was right. Jennifer did a good and fast job on my hair
This was my daughter's first hair cut in a salon and Jennifer was amazing. We love love love it and this was such a positive experience for my kiddo that she can't wait to go back and get her hair cut again. Very pleased mamma here ????????
Jeena is a fabulous hair stylist hands down! It was my first time to this salon. We had a short consultation prior to her starting her work on my hair. There was no conversation which might bother some people, but I appreciated her focus on what she was doing. I couldnt be happier with my results. I highly recommend Jeena. I was a new client driving to a consultation traffic was backed up. I called to explain I was going to be late. I was told not to other as hairdresser wouldn't have 5 minutes to look at my hair. I thought I had appt wed.zI asked if she could do it than .Nope. Every other hairstylist does this.There was no offer of help.I was offered a 2:30 appt for consultation.zWith that attitude...lack of customer service.sarcasm. My daughter owns hair Salons out of province.She assured me this behaviour was rude and not the norm
