Aleesha is amasing!. She blended my hair to perfection. I have never had a bad experience at Heiress. Scalp, arm and hand massages and a makeup touch up also. A step above the rest for sure.
Their service is friendly, and their products are great. Have been going to the same stylist for years and as long as they're here, I'll be here.
I used to LOVE this salon. Had been going there since she opened. Sadly, at the beginning of the pandemic, Lindsay failed to take appropriate precautions to protect her staff and clients. I went in to pick up a $30 root touchup pack and there were 3 people side by side at the front desk with no plexiglass at the counter between workers and clients. Lindsay insulted my wearing of a mask, saying that I was being 'overly cautious'. Furthermore, when I let her know that the root colour went bad within hours - as she provided no instructions to the effect that it needed to be used immediately - her email response was condescending and she refused to replace the colour. By result, I no longer support her business. I gave her almost a year to apologize for being so rude and insulting to me, one of her longest clients, but it's apparent that she doesn't really care much about those of us who only show up every 5 weeks for a colour and every 10 for a cut. I can only guess (and hope) that with government regulations in effect, she's no a Covidiot.
Very clean and professional salon. These ladies know their stuff, the atmosphere is that of a luxurious spa experience with laid back and friendly staff, you are in good hands. The lady at the desk was very polite and courteous, and my stylist was great. And don't forget the Aveda products!
