I given this hair salon a second chance , the first time my hair dressers butcher my hair and therefore I ended up at a second hair salon to get it fixed and properly blended , I didn’t even bother calling the manager as I decided to write off the salon completely . This time I tried to give them a second chance only because everywhere else was fully booked , to my surprise again my hair is not properly blended and hair dresser left longer chucks of hair within a very basic haircut , I called them and obviously I get the “ we will call you back once we find a spot or day available to fix the hair cut “ a proper business would make room to accommodate a client as soon as possible , special when this client has received a hair cut and tip and paid for the service . Not happy with the experience, the service and how they are handling this issue , will never go back and will make sure no one around me goes to this hair salon
I went to Rose and Co for the first time today and had a great experience with Laura. She's professional, funny and listened to what I asked for and then delivered over and above what I expected. Thank you Laura for the awesome cut, and violet hair color service, I will be back!
Spent the day with stylist - Makayla and well simply said she’s an artist. Literally every part and hair flip works. I love that my hair goals are ours! THANK YOU for all your attention to detail and patience, I can’t wait to see what you do next ????
First time I have used a salon since I moved to Penticton. Found it through the Penticton Locals web site. Highly recommended. All the procedures for Covid-19 were followed so I immediately felt comfortable. Huge laughs and lots of good conversation with Laura as she shampooed and cut my hair. She totally respected that I don’t want a bunch of product in my hair. I was very satisfied with the cut and style which I left up to her. She may not have seen it through the mask but I was smiling all the way out. Will go again.
