WOW WOW WOW!! I had my toddler and dog with me in the car and requested a quick service. Jared was knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly kind. I was in and out in under 15 minutes - the team work displayed was remarkable. I didn’t receive any unnecessary sales pitch to upgrade this or that and felt so relieved this could all be done so quickly. Jared topped up my washer fluid, checked my belt , air filters and guided me through how my oil levels were. Owen also came to double check and was equally kind and efficient. This was all on a hot Saturday afternoon when I’m sure they’d rather have been elsewhere - I would have never known it from the exception service! Thank you very much!
These guys have got it all sorted out. Considerate descriptions of work (not talking over your head); do exactly what they say they will. All three bays were hopping and nobody was standing around. I don't know how they can be so courteous in this heat. 5 stars and they deserve it!
Chase was on the case. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he recommended services only that were relevant and didn’t try to pressure me into buying other things I didn’t need. He did recommend fuel additive and an engine air filter and showed me that mine was indeed filthy and I knew I had indeed neglected my fuel additive for a long time. Highly recommend, especially if you want to avoid shop fees from dealerships.

Great service but did not like all upsell pressure. I wanted an oil change that's all. I don't like high pressure sales tactics. 1 you should use the better synthetic oil filter 2 you should use an oil flush which I had done the oil change before 3 you want a half price car wash 4 do you need new wiper blades 5 would you like to buy a new cabin air filter. ENOUGH ALL READY! Oil change please!
