What an absolutely terrific experience!! Jake was phenomenal throughout my whole purchasing experience and helped me find the best car possible. I was very indecisive but Jake was very patient with me and answered all of my questions over the course of a few days during decision making. He helped me through the whole experience and was very fun to work with! Troy was also wonderful to speak with and went above and beyond in customer service and accommodating my needs. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership in the future! Thanks guys!!
What a fantastic Dealership everyone was so friendly! Especially Randy Koch who went above and beyond to Help us back on the road. We were experiencing trailer brake problems and we thought it may have been our truck, Randy made sure the truck was fully checked with a fine tooth comb even had us come back to be extra sure!! In the end it was definitely our trailer that was having the problems. But he addressed our issues promptly and frankly you just don't get that kind of service anywhere anymore...We truly wish this was our home dodge dealership! Thanks Randy!
Best dealership experience to date! This is my first time buying at Parker's Chrysler, and my fourth purchase at a dealership. Also my second experience buying a vehicle online. They ARE the best! Ask for Shane if he's available. He was professional, personable, respectful, and detail oriented. Never pushy and very smooth experience from beginning to end. Which I greatly appreciate not only as a customer but as a female buyer. 5 star plus!
