A beautifully restored railway trestle which is still used for a tourist steam engine train. The start of a great hike on the rail bed of the Kettle Valley Railway
Amazing views and very nice bikes to tent. You get lots of time to casually bike the whole 24kms. ????
Beautiful ride but make sure you are prepared. The majority of the route is forest service road with large rocks, pot holes, and soft sand, pack lots of water and tubes. I would recommend having the widest tires you can, a mountain bike with at least front suspension, a full suspension bike would be best or a fat tire bike. If you can setup tubeless on your bike go that way. For the best experience DO NOT ride a cruiser, a touring bike, cyclocross bike, or road bike. A bike camping bike like the Fargo will work but with big tubeless tires.
